Add another bad customer experience to NZ Van Lines. Although the delivery guys were quick and helpful, they were quite careless. They were strong, but some furniture were damaged and a light bulb in a bedroom was destroyed. It took them 3 weeks and 4 e-mail to the operations manager to get their attention and their guys to return to pick up the empty boxes and packing material. Although they could not have been able to control the way customs work, it would have been better if they followed up and fed back to me daily. Considering it’s a major move, it would have helped in our pace of securing a house in line with the delivery. I will not recommend NZ Van Lines to anyone else.
